The entire staff across all the departments was highly professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive to every detail, making us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our visit. We have been with the family, kids, grandparents, uncle and aunt, and we all enjoyed everything, from food to pools to waterslides and beach, its amazing that the private beach has also a place to eat and bar too, just right there, the walking distance is not far at all, around 10 minutes, the shuttle bus comes and goes every half hour 🥰 The evening entertainment it's really cool also the kids disco and kids club was a hit! We loved it!

K.club is amazing for families, we changed the hotel and took in silin at the same chain of the three hotels ,,we paid extra cause it's more luxurious , the staff are great specially Serap, Elef , Forqan ,, notice" they r very strict about the check in time ,, We met a lot of Arabic speaking guys which is a privilege,, the staff at the reception speaks good English,, huge place, lovely people, tasty food,,fun for those who want to enjoy if not it's better to stay home .
