The location is excellent, just a few blocks away from MTR station, so anywhere is easily accessible. The hotel is clean and staffs were super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good, they make dumplings and local delicacies when you order. I would definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Kaohsiung!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is also shuttle service available from High-speed train station to the hotel. And the scent in the hallway was so nice.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. 10 minute walk to Central Park, the MTR and local shops and restaurants. Hotel has its own lovely dining too as well as a great swimming pool. Rooms are large and well equipped.

Friendly and professional staff at the front desk. They tried their best to help me with last minute changes. Room is impeccable, very good size for a family of 4 with young kids. This is an incredible property with stunning facilities. The highlight is the pool and leisure facility. On par with Japanese Onsens.
