We had an amazing stay at Cat Ba Paradise Hotel – Sky Bar & Massage. The room quality, delicious food, and especially the friendly staff made our experience unforgettable – something we often encounter in Vietnam. We arrived exhausted after our long journey from Ha Giang, but the receptionist Mr. Tiến kindly allowed us to check in early at 8 a.m. free of charge. This thoughtful gesture truly made a difference for us and showed the hotel’s excellent hospitality. Highly recommended!

I can't imagine a more luxurious way to enjoy Ha Long Bay. The ship itself is fairly new, and beautifully constructed with high quality materials. Our room was spacious with an incredible view. Food in the restaurant was also second to none, including the welcome lunch buffet and the set meal at night. They took us on two excursions - first to Sung Sot Cave and then for kayaking the following day. The guides were kind and well-organized. I'd definitely recommend going on this cruise!

The cruise ship was amazing. Rooms were beautifully decorated, just like the picture. I wish we could have done a 2 night cruise instead to allow for more relax time but we managed to find a good balance on the overnight cruise. Busy first day of activities - kayaking through two caves, swimming, happy hour, spring roll cooking class was a hit with the kids, as was the mini golf upstairs. Beautiful food for every meal and Mr Happy, our cruise director, was so lovely and really went out of his way to make sure everyone was enjoying their stay. Special thanks to Ms Alice Nguyen, our sales executive from Rita Cruises, who was fabulous with her communication on email and What’s App in the lead up to our cruise, and even came to meet with us in person at our hotel afterwards to give us a little gift to say thanks for choosing their company. We loved the cruise and would definitely recommend it to anyone considering a Halong Bay cruise. This one went to Lan Ha so a bit further than Halong where there were less boats and some crystal clear water as many parts of Halong Bay unfortunately are littered with plastic.

definitely an exceptional experience. I went with my spouse to celebrate our anniversary. all the staffs were kind and friendly. the room was also clean. we saw a towel with stains on it but we just set it aside and didn't use, so it was fine. the food was also well prepared and delicious.
