The staff here are the most welcoming, lovely, and professional people I have met during my time in Vietnam. Emily, the manager is efficient and a pleasure to deal with,she made me feel welcome and at home from the moment i walked in the door. This is reflected in her staff, two of which left a lasting impression, Rushi and Aiden,your customer service is second to none, thank you for going above and beyond during my stay. The staff of the hotel stood out with their exceptional friendliness and genuine kindness - especially Jessica and Jane, but also everyone else. They helped accommodate my dietary requests and helped me organize trips that turned out perfect. the hotel itself is wonderful, clean and comfortable with a perfect location. The Staff from the manager Dinh Lee to everyone we came across was so lovely and keen on helping. The location is great, super central and close to the main attractions either walking or by taxi. Room and bed was comfy and had quite few storage space. Generally, we loved our stay!

    I had a wonderful stay at La Siesta for 2 nights. The bed was the most comfortable bed ever. The restaurant serves superb food and the pool and the ground floor is ultra clean and refreshing. A special thanks to the lovely Quynh for making my stay unforgettable and for making the penthouse sweet available to me. The penthouse is worth paying for. It's very luxurious as are the other rooms. Thank you for making my stay in Hanoi wonderful!

While not luxurious like a 5-star hotel, it perfectly represented the beauty and friendliness of Vietnam.
