Just came back from Enso Retreat. It was the best experience our family have as all staff are kind and friendly. Special mentioned to Didi who has ensured our stay is as comfortable as we could. She has recommended a few activities for us to explore. She even gave a surprise birthday cake even though we didn't request it. The breakfast is not too bad, which has all Western and local food. The hotel shuttle bus is available to bring guests to old town or beach. Overall is a great stay and we will come back again. 5 star for the staff friendliness and kindness. As this is resort, expect mozzies, and they have provided repellent for that purpose.

We loved this hotel, best stay we had in Vietnam! The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room was very confortable and clean. Breakfast buffet has great options, the food was tasty and fresh. We loved the pool in the rooftop and bar service. The location is also good, they offer bicycles, but you can go to the city center by walking. The best part is the beach club, they have an exclusive space in An Dang, with great options of food and drinks.

This is a great hotel. It is right next to the old town, rooms are basic but have all you need, the pool is a real comfort after a long sweaty day up and about. Service was great. Great hotel for a family, a real oasis in a busy city.

We stayed at Hoi An Riverside Villas & Apartments continuously for 7 weeks. We were all the time very satisfied with our stay. This is a very homely hotel, all the staff are very nice and did everything to make us feel comfortable. It was like a good family. No matter if it was at the reception, the cleaning staff, at the pool bar or breakfast, the people treated us like good friends and made our stay really good.

    The service was 5 stars. You feel like family. Everyone was so helpful, happy, and friendly. They go above and beyond. I did not want to leave. I was travelling solo and never felt it there. They surprised me with a birthday cake and sang me happy birthday. I hurt my ankle, and they took me to the chemist to translate. Great accommadation for everyone, but if you are a nervous traveller, first-time traveller or older traveller, spend some time here. If all people were like them, we would be a happier human race. I am so grateful I chose here.

    Loved everything about the property. Great location a few mins walk from the beautiful Cua Dai beach, free access to the Silk Beach club and free shuttle bus to An Bang beach. Beautiful hotel with beautiful rooms and superb breakfast and it is spotless. The staff make this hotel. Always so friendly, helpful, engaging and obliging( special mention to Lilly and Sunny ). Loved every minute of our stay and hated leaving. Be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone. Five stars all round. Noreen & Willie Bourke and family, Ireland.

    This hotel is phenomenal, for just over £30 a night it was absolute five star luxury. We have been travelling SE Asia for 2 months now and this is the best hotel we have stayed in hands down. What made it was the staff, they helped at every opportunity and even gave us a free room upgrade when we stayed a few extra nights. Greta location with free bikes to explore the area. The pool was just amazing they have thought about every detail and created a beautiful little oasis with plants and trees. I couldn’t recommend this enough.

    This hotel was very comfortable, elegantly designed with a great breakfast. The staff bent over backwards and made all their guests feel like VIPS! Chloe, Eric, Victor, Rachel, and Lisa (sorry if I got her name wrong) were all so friendly, accomodating and eager to please. I'm so grateful for the expeirence. They were more accomodating than some 5 star luxury hotels I've stayed in!

    Great location and exceptional service, meets all expectations and I cannot say a bad thing. The staff are great and what is really good is the extras don’t cost the earth. Eg the hotel restaurant is great and great value compared to the local eating places. When we booked day trips through the hotel they charged a reasonable price and didn’t gouge us like many hotels would. 5 stars!
