My four-night stay at La Vela was wonderful. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable and clean, the staff welcoming and helpful, and the hotel itself was simply magnificent. The restaurant served delicious meals, and the pool was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Hue!

The hotel is really nice with cozy outside area and big pool. Unfortunately the weather was too cold at the time of our stay but I'd definitely stay in that hotel again. The room was big and beautiful and bed very comfortable. There is also restaurant where we had delicious dinner. The breakfast was also great, lot of options for every taste. Great location, close to all tourist sites.

We recently stayed at Pilgrimage Village Boutique Resort in Hue for a family holiday with four adults and two young children (aged 4 and 5), and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional—warm, personalized, and consistently attentive. The staff regularly checked in to ensure our comfort and went above and beyond to meet our needs, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The resort itself is a lush, green oasis—beautifully maintained with plenty of shade and tranquil spaces to relax. Our rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and immaculately clean. The swimming pool was a highlight for both the kids and adults—refreshing, well-kept, and surrounded by nature. We also thoroughly enjoyed the food, which was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Every meal felt like a treat, with a variety of options that catered to both local and international tastes. In addition, we very much enjoyed the complimentary massage and yoga sessions. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Hue, especially families looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday.

We were absolutely blown away by our stay! Truly 5 stars. Gorgeous view of the koi ponds and extensive Japanese gardens right from our balcony. Even beautiful in the rain :) Room was SPOTLESS, never have I seen a hotel in Southeast Asia so sparkling clean! Thank you, Kobe housekeeping. Bed was absolutely massive, extremely comfortable, and had the best pillows. Room included onsen access to 9 pools of mineral HEAVEN, with friendly staff to walk you through it and give you plenty of privacy. Outstanding breakfast far exceeded expectations and included really unique options to break up the monotony of Vietnamese food -- incl. sushi, matcha cakes, steamed taro bunsfreshly brewed specialty teas, a miso soup station, etc. in addition to the standard Asian-style and Western-style offerings. We were even pleasantly suprised by the culinary quality of the room service, and the steak and sushi we had for dinner on the property's restaurant on our last night. Service was top-notch.

Thanks a lot to Ms Cristy the manager who was really kind and helpful at all times. Thanks to all the staff. Amazing place, food and service. Our villa -( they upgraded the room for us which was a lot appreciated ) was clean and beds very comfortable. Couldn't ask for more. We had an amazing experience with my friend.

    Extremely beautiful hotel with super friendly staff - definitely deserves their 5 stars. Food and services are a bit overpriced, so if you are looking for value-for-money you are better off taking a taxi 10 min. down the road along the river where you will find a buzzing restaurant/bar area.

    OMG the front-line staffs are absolutely amazing. They are super super polite, friendly and professional. The main character of people in Hue is really kind, modest, and hard working. I love how that combined to a professional 5 stars hotel in Hue. Hotel is really awesome. Figured out now how alot of people left an outstanding review in Melia Hue.

    Everything. The breakfast spread was superb - take note Halong Bay Orchid luxury cruises - this hotel will show you how breakfast should be done - green tea provided at no extra charge! And the staff were all charming and helpful.
