Diego was the most amazing host! His knowledge of SaPa and activities is excellent! We were able to book our tickets up to Mount Fansipan directly with him, avoiding all queues. The restaurants he recommended were excellent. Despite this being a very busy homestay, he was always available to chat. The view from our room with its balcony, was spectacular!! I loved the fact that it was in amongst the local houses.

We loved this hotel. The level of service was excellent. Staff was super friendly and caring and they helped us with everything we needed, e.g. arranging a transport back to Hanoi and renting a scooter. They took very good care of us from the first minute we met and until the last minute we left. We definitely recommend this hotel.

I have chosen the lake view room, it is as beautiful as it is. The bed was comfy, the breakfast was wholesome, staff are helpful as most of them are fluent in English (which quite rare in Sapa). Hot showers, heat conditioners, complimentary snacks, and water are all provided. Mr Kim, the manager/owner, is very helpful with everything, including recommending the best food in Sapa.

The staff here are spectacular and friendly. They helped us book any tours and trips we wanted, assisted with transportation back to HaNoi and gave us tips and advice about Sapa. The room was clean. The bed comfortable and the shower was good. The hotel is adjacent to the busier area of downtown Sapa so access was easy while the noise level was minimal. It is a 2 minute walk to the Sapa station to Fansipan and there are excellent restaurants nearby....oh, and the included breakfast was great with lots of choice. Highly recommend this hotel.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. Staff was really friendly and helpful, the spa service was superb and the food at the restaurant was so tasty. If you go to Sapa, definitely stay here. It is a little out of the city - but still a completely fine within walking distance, and you get the most amazing view.
