The only place I will stay at in Ninh Binh. I would recommend it over and over again. The staff has been incredibly helpful, food was delicious and reasonably priced even though they could have charged way more. Pool was fresh and no fights about sunbeds. Rooms were amazing! Looking forward to my next stay.

Room and facilities were as pictured, as described and as expected. The highlight was the staff, especially those at the lobby: very welcome, helpful and also very kind to my small kid. The mountain view at sunset from the rooftop was also very nice.

I recently stayed at Nham Village Resort and I couldn’t have been more pleased. The hotel was exceptionally clean and offered a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and efficient, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. One thoughtful touch that stood out was the daily chocolate left on the bed — a sweet gesture that added a personal touch to my experience. They also provide you with free bicycles in case you opt to get around with a bicycle which many people do in this area. The breakfast was plentiful, offering a great variety, and everything I tried was delicious. Overall, my stay was very enjoyable, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful and welcoming place to stay.

The property is fairly new and clean. Location is very close to the boat-ride ticket office and restaurants. It's also close to all other homestays/hotels so transportation dropoff is very simple. WiFi is fast. The room is clean and spacious for the price. The icing on the cake is the owner Ming. He went far and beyond to make our stay convenient and comfortable. He arranged taxi rides / provided free icy-cold water (a must at 37C) / prepared breakfast for us. Last but not lease, he offered 3-hour extended checkout for us so that we could wait in the hotel until our train ride to Hanoi. Superb experience overall. 2 thumbs up really. Thanks Ming.

    Stripped back luxury at its best. The gardens are beautiful and peaceful while the rooms and incredibly farm chic. The staff at the restaurant are amazing and the food is one of the best we had in Vietnam.

    The Tam Coc Luxury Homestay is a superb choice in Tam Coc. Despite its proximity to the town center, it offers a sense of tranquility and seclusion, a welcomed contrast after spending three days in Hanoi. The surroundings are beautiful, and you can effortlessly explore key attractions by bicycle. The breakfast was delightful, and the owners were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our time at this place was truly fantastic.
