We really liked the free transport to the airport! We loved the not necessarily luxurious feeling of the hotel, but simple the good taste in all areas! Perfect combination of a jungle stay with comfort.

    employees dont speak english enough. this is quite disapointing. why company dont ensure to give english classes to staff. cant accept an hotel 5 stars having staff in reception or attending phone call for room service without minimum acceptable english level to communicate with expat customers

    Amazing resort, very friendly staff rooms where very clean and spacious definitely worth the price. Very close to town centre and main attractions. They also provide scooter hire at the resort ☺️ Breakfast was amazing a variety of different options. buggy service to your room and restaurant Suzann the receptionist was superb made us feel very welcomed and went up and beyond to help us with any inquiries, honestly just having that kind of services 5 stars. Can’t wait to come back next year…
