beautiful and spacious room. Bed was very comfy. Excellent buffet breakfast, we really enjoyed this. Location - very close to moana and pao sapa. Walkable to City center. Lucy and all the staff are very caring and attentive. She set up our Day activity for Glass Bridge and she got us a Taxi driver who will take us on our other tours we booked for ourselves. It was very convenient and we had a nice driver who shared the fruit he is eating to us haha! Lucy even gave us food to bring on the bus when we check out. That was lovely!!!

The view from the room was amazing! We had a Mountain View, and it was lovely to see the clouds roll into the valley. The room itself was quite large, and so was the bed. The king sized bed was made by pushing two single size beds together, so there was a line running down the middle, but that didn’t bother us at all. There was a refrigerator in the room, which was extremely handy, and the temperature in the room was excellent. (It is controlled in each room.) The enormous bathroom is separated from the main room by a giant window, so if you don’t want your roommate to watch you use the bathroom, you have to drop the curtain. However, it is lovely to take a shower or bath (the tub is magical) while looking at the mountains. The included breakfast was great. There were so many choices. It seems like there was food for every taste. The employees were all very friendly. They helped us arrange transportation and offered suggestions on what to do in Sa Pa. They are also will to hold luggage for an entire day after you check out.

Absolutely beautiful hotel that almost feels out of place and time. In certain unique spaces like the swimming pool with big statues and ethereal music or the bridge outside on the tenth floor under heavy fog, you get a sense of the awe-inspiring architecture and creativity that went into putting all that together. The room had the classical and modern elements required to cater for a comfortable experience. The breakfast buffet was rich and abundant that can appeal to all kinds of taste and preferences. Sauna and hot steam bath was great after a cold day walking around Sapa. Staff was friendly, especially the front desk who also arranged a transfer vehicle for us back to Hanoi. Special thanks to Tina who went above and beyond to help us resolve an issue we had with the driver and ensured we reached our destination without any further hassle.

Everything was great. The service of the staff was amazing. From the moment we arrived, they had everything prepared for us and the check in was simple and quick. During the breakfast, I asked for soy milk and they were kind enough to bring it for me. Mr. Kim made our stay awesome and easy, he organized our trip back to hanoi and helped us with recommendations about what to do and how. They helped us on all the arrangements and they even offer to move the breakfast time to suit out schedule. 10/10 really.
