The front desk staff, Rosa and Rudy, are amazing. They greeted us with warm smiles and always wanted to make sure we were happy with our stay. The housekeeping staff is the best staff we have ever encountered. We've been traveling for a while now and stayed in many hotels, and we have never experienced this type of impeccable service. All we can really say is, "WOW!"

The owners are extremely nice and respond very quickly through the message system. Breakfast was nice. Rooms were smaller than they looked from the pictures but that is the grand angle issue…

The city center is a short walk down the hill, however for elderly it is maybe better to take a car as the climb back might be exhausting. Room was very stylish, "medieval" style, beds were very-very compoftable. Room and facility was very clean. We liked the style of the whole place. Paking in the castel parking close to the rooms is possible for free. (Note: road up the hill is very narrow and steep so you'd better be prepared for that.) Howevery the description said only cash is accepted we were able to pay with card. Breakfast is served is the close-by Berat castle Hotel, the two properties belong together.
