The property was clean, spacious and in a lovely safe location (inside a gated community). The hosts were superb from start to finish, very accommodating and friendly, offering local advice and great recommendations. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean and modern and the kitchen area has everything you need. The pool area is amazing.

loved the information and direction Werner and Carlos had provided, consistently. I also loved the keyless entry - one less thing to worry about loosing while traveling. Beds are super comfortable and breakfast was superb in a nice setting as well!

If you like camping life it’s ok if you like luxury this is not what you search. No toilet shower shared it’s outside. It’s clean but the cabin was with no AC and very small

Essence is based in an outstandingly beautiful location with breathtaking views of Volcán Arenal and Laguna Arenal. The large grounds are wonderfully maintained and home to an extraordinary variety of flora and fauna. The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and well-informed. I mostly spoke to Ariana who is so friendly, enthusiastic, and kind. I was particularly pleased to book an early morning birding tour in which we saw a hummingbird nest. I loved my stay!

Peaceful, relaxing with an outstanding view. Accommodation superbe, very helful and happy staff. The Phoenix restaurant was a fabulous addition. Many activités nearby.

The appartement is just super great. Really luxurious. All equipment needed (and more) are inside, and the view is insane. We loved it so much, we cooked in order to watch the sunset while eating. I confirm that it is windy as stated in some other comments, but after staying in the region quite a lot, it is windy EVERYWHERE, not just there.
