Mr Amgad was most helpful and the servers from the main restaurant were always really nice and provided everything we needed.

We have been 3 times to this beautiful resort (the second time this year) and have already booked for the 4th time in June, always choosing a swim-up room. It is the best in Marsa Alam and the standard of service, rooms, food and cleanliness is beyond 5 stars. All the staff are genuinely friendly and perfectly trained to make every guest feel special, the Front Office and Reception are always ready to meet any request promptly. The resort is extremely relaxing and offers a variety of activities. Although it was only a 5 day escape, we returned yesterday night to Italy very happy with this short stay. I highly recommend it.

Mustapha at Leo’s Bar, Alae at Vanilla, and Alex & Ibrahim at the American Bar all went above and beyond with their outstanding service. Thanks to them, every moment felt special <3 We also enjoyed the spa, and contrary to some reviews, it was a wonderful experience. A special thanks to Amani for her excellent care.
