Excellent choice of local and international food, great swimming pools with, one of my favorite things of all time, a swim-up-bar, very luxurious room with a big balcony, an ocean view and a quiet pleasant airconditiong system.

It is more a family hotel; most of the guests came with their kids. Food was good, particularly the buffet option. Their staff was very kind and helpful. The massage facility was excellent.

A speedboat from Batam’s Punggur Ferry Terminal to Tanjunguban takes 15 minutes only.The hotel provides free transfers from and to Bandar Bintan Telani Ferry Terminal. Very relaxed place, with amazing staff.
