I had the best one to one yoga class I have probably had in my life. The food was just outstanding, some of the best food I have had. The chef spoke with me every day asking questions on likes and dislikes. Dr. Anila led two meditation sessions with me and I've struggled to meditate in the past, but these sessions were enjoyable and enlightning. A truly memorable experience.
