Everything is fantastic. The bed is cozy, AC strong. The garden, swimming pool and other facilities are superb. The staff members are extremely friendly, polite, they helped me with everything. I absolutely enjoyed my stay after I asked for AC (I made a mistake and booked a no-AC room first). You can rent a motorbike at the property to visit the ancient city. Great value for money.

The owner and staff gave exceptional service - the best we’ve had in Sri Lanka so far. The pool and garden were very good and welcome in the heat. We ate dinner both nights and had breakfast and enjoyed the traditional Sri Lankan cooking.

Nature friendly awesome stay in Sri Lanka, Food was Very tasty, large breakfast. View of rice fields is very calm, mind relaxing. Staf & host is very friendly, understandable. They were organize superb wild safari, Cycling Tour & Cookery demonstration for us. Room was very comfortable with rice field view & private balcony, great Value for money, all prices are very reasonable, Very special thing is they can arrange whatever we need to do in Sri Lanka, Highly Recommend for everyone.

Excellent value for money for AC room including breakfast. Superb location few minute walk from Polonnaruwa museum (ruin ticket office) and extremely close to bus stop.

Rivonway is our perfect stay in Sri Lanka, Paddy field View is amazing and hotel situated in easy access to city & other activities. They arranged nice safari for us, Their fresh foods are awesome, breakfast and dinner are very big, so many varieties both western & Srilankan. Sachin is Superb, who speaking very good english. Very beautiful, quite, calm place & clean deluxe rooms with glass walls, Private balcony, Highly recommend for long stays, large groups and all.

Exceptional homestay which was private & quiet! Our family of 7 stayed 2 nights. Rooms were spacious, clean & beds comfy. We had meals that were great. Binara is kind & caring, organising medical help for one member. Cannot reccomend his homestay enough. Truly 5 star !! Binara organised boat trip to island on lake were we saw elephants

Standard room was ok, but if Deluxe room would be available we would change on it. Good breakfast and swimming pool with beautiful garden, that was good choice.

Booked 1 night and stay 4 nigths ! All was perfect ,place, food, pool and so friendly family ! Only one thing was sad , leave from this 5 stars hôtel . Thanks for everything and good luck to you
