Location is very convenient and the breakfast is superb - ah, the bread!

The location of the hotel is superb, in terms of a ski hotel it could hardly be better. Classic Scandinavian mountain lodge with a great restaurant and bar. Very friendly, attentive and helpful staff. Despite it's situation a long uphill from the town, it's easily accessible with out a car thanks to the old tram that's free for everybody with a ski pass as well as the hotels guests. And you can basically get on the lift straight outside the front door.

Everything! It was very cozy from our room to the common spaces. The breakfast has good quality and everything you need, and especially the restaurant cannot be missed. The atmosphere is warm and luxurious at the same time. Perfectly located for a skitrip, only 5 bus minutes from ski rental and lifts. Overall great, but the most special part was the friendliness and availability of all the staff, who we thank again for all help received!

Superb location amidst the slopes. You could step out the hotel and ski right down to the valley or take a lift up to several other slopes. Very pittoresque sights too. Breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly. Very nice sauna and hottub opportunities are included in the price.

Excellent Very friendly and familial ambience due to Cornelia and Johan's professional way of caring for all hosts. Feeling of being at home 🏡. Sitting in the library or living room either on your own with a book to read and just relax, or meet new people spontaneously, or play some games with your own kids... or why not be inspired to draw some paintings like Chef Johan's other passion... Cornelia has a lot to tell, experienced, has been travelling around, very creative and social, she is Mrs Smile and so kind.

Toilets, showers, and kitchen we're cleaned everyday . Very hygienic. The location is superb. All facilities for self catering. are there. Host is very helpful.

We enjoyed our short stay with Jämteborg. Located on a very quiet street in the city center, an old but lovely building with its own spirit. However it's not a luxury hotel. Excellent stay for a 3 star hotel.
