While the facilities and services are great, the staff is particularly wonderful. Everyone lives their Thai smiles. The rooms with individual pools live up to the photos. Golf-cart service to go up and down the hill is clever and essential. Hilltop cafe and bar offers stunning views under the trees. Breakfast buffet is very large and varied. We ate two dinners at the resort’s restaurant, choosing local Phuket dishes: very good. But you can enjoy a seamless tranquil resort experience. Natcha, Nam and Toon took good care of us at the two dinners we enjoyed at the resort. Their advice about the dishes we were considering led to some really lovely meals. Sa, Achi, and Aum greeted us warmly at every breakfast, having memorized our room number from the first day. Great smiles and service everyday.

Overall Indigo Hotel was a very good choice!

With a separate bathtub and shower, the en suite bathroom provides a hairdryer and slippers. Fantastic property with a beautiful private beach and plenty to do for all ages. Staff were warm and welcoming, food was delicious (we tried all the different restaurants during our stay). The hotel offers loads of optional activities for adults and kids alike, most of them are free and a few with an additional charge to participate. At the beach, there’s snorkeling, kayaking and stand up paddle board available during high tide, and a daily reef walk during low tide where you can see various sea creatures in the shallow pools of water. A very memorable holiday and we’ll definitely be going back!
