The staff were welcoming and friendly. Ready to help with any issues or questions I had about the guest house and the area. The food was exceptional, and I wish I could have this at home as well. Lyarnah, the new manager, the daughter of the original owners, has done an amazing job to raise the standards back to what they were with the owners; as well as providing wonderful experience for a single traveller that doesn't know the area well. Very informative with suggesting places and attractions around the country that I should visit.

The hotel is in a peaceful location a little away from the centre. It’s nicely designed with comfortable rooms. The shower was great. There was a lovely lounge just outside my room, which was perfect for some work I had to do. I chose the hotel partly for its super fast broadband & it didn’t disappoint. The roof terrace is a lovely place to hang out, with great views of Lake Victoria. The staff were superb, couldn’t do enough to help. I’d happily stay again when in Entebbe.

Everything about the property was to perfection. The property was very spacious, clean and included all the amenities you would need to make your stay more relaxing. It surely beat living in a conventional hotel. Wilson always went an extra mile to see to it that we were comfortable and that we had everything we needed. We will surely be staying here again ☺️it was the perfect way to end our trip to Uganda. Great value for money and the perfect hosts. I highly recommend it! Oh and you get free airport transfers😜

The Girls at reception/bar area (Faith and Lillian) were superb and couldn’t do enough to make me feel welcome and to ensure that my stay was a fantastic one. We all became friends due to the length of my stay. Good choice of tasty food from the chef Hawah. Also got to know the night security guard Robert. Location was so close to all of the places that I want to visit so was ideal. There is also a free shuttle service to pickup and drop off at the airport. I will certainly be booking in at Hendo Hotel when I return to Entebbe
