Staff at LUXURY HOSTEL are always available to provide information at the reception. We stayed one night after our ha giang loop and it was very clean and bed was super comfy. They provided water and shower was good. Everything was good and the receptionist was so kind and helped us get a cheap taxi to bus station.

Especially after traveling for a few weeks through vietnam, this place allowed me to relax and sort myself before the ha giang trip. The pool and the very spacious room with a great view are just one of the many benefits. The staff was very forthcoming. Something that stood out, is that we were allowed to leave our luggage in a separate and secure room while doing the ha giang tour - for free. I would definitely come back for my next visit.
