Excellent buffet breakfast, we really enjoyed this. Location - very close to moana and pao sapa. Walkable to City center. Lucy and all the staff are very caring and attentive. She set up our Day activity for Glass Bridge and she got us a Taxi driver who will take us on our other tours we booked for ourselves. It was very convenient and we had a nice driver who shared the fruit he is eating to us haha! Lucy even gave us food to bring on the bus when we check out. That was lovely!!!

However the vegetable options are food and the chef made us pho vegetable out of his curteosy ☺️ Lastly they gave us a goodbye pack with pastry and fruits for our train journey back to Hanoi. Generally was a pleasant stay! Will definitely come back again

He went above and beyond with our check in and check out times due to our early and late arrival and departure times. He even gave us a banh mi for the train ride back to Hanoi. Location was a short 450m from the centre of town. Breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean and spacious and bed comfortable. Kim helped us with tours and his English is wonderful. It is a small hotel and if we go back to SaPa we will stay again. Thank you Kim for making our stay in SaPa so enjoyable. 😊

She make our stay comfortable and gave us good recommendation for activities in sapa. Grad that we took her advice. Poor water drainage is immediately rectify once we inform her. Julie is very friendly and helpful throughout our 4 nights stay. Will definitely stay in bamboo sapa in future.
