Excellent communication , they stored our bags until check in, as we arrived early. The appartment was amazing with a balcony view of marina, large living room, spacious bedrooms all with ensuites and better than expected. The location was great, with a number of restaurants and supermarkets near hotel. The staff looked after us and provided good information about area and services and treated us like VIPs for our entire stay. We would definitely stay again.

It was perfect, as expecred. All The staff were friendly and super helpful all the time.:The little juice corners were a very good extra. Also fish feedings and different shows around the day. The entire place is super fun for kids and adults also. Childrens pool is warm and big, also the lifeguard were actually watching people and surroundings. Check in and out were both very fast. Our stay was literally perfect from the very first second we arrived til the end. The place is beautiful and great and the staff made it perfect.

My wife and I arrived at the hotel 8 hours earlier than our check-in time, and although all the rooms were full, Magamed at the reception went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He kindly offered to store our luggage and allowed us to freshen up by using the gym, pool, and spa facilities. He even kept our belongings safe while we explored Dubai, and once our room was ready at 3pm, we were able to relax without any hassle.
