The location is wonderful and hotel service is excellent! Service is in time if I ask for something. Hotel is very convenient for travelling no matter west lake scenic area or Xixi National Wetland Park.

    Love the scene of the lobby ; staff was friendly ; breakfast was superb, pineapple, water melon and rock melon were super sweet and fresh. Hotel right next to JW Marriott which is the bonus, I had seafood buffet over there.

    The hotel and JW Marriott were right next each other, can go to JW Marriott via the hotel lobby . Love the sense in the lobby; Great location, staff were very friendly , easy access to public transport, breakfast had lots of varieties of choice, loved the fruits - pineapple, water melons and rock melons were the best I had.
