I am so sorry to tell you that I am having a very unpleasant experience as I woke up to discover that there is no hot water to take my shower. I am currently in the room and as per the receptionist they have an issue in the hot water and there is nobody from the hotel management to talk to.
I really dont have the feeling that I am in the Marriott hotel.
I am paying high price without breakfast and this is the level of experience and service that I am receiving.
