CanadaI liked the room. The room and staff were exceptional. My Mom loved the breakfast buffet. The service at the hotel was excellent. The staff helped us with so many things. I didn't bring enough cash to a store 🏬. I came back to the hotel and paid the hotel in cash. They helped me pay the store and sent the items to me in HK. I thought that was excellent. They also helped my family get a half day tour to FuGuang Shan. Thanks for the great service.

The whole hotel made one feel very relaxed and "excited" eager to explore the facility.
The water spa was the best and!
Hotel staff was very attentive, there was a very tall gentle at lobby assuring all guests are attended for, should have asked for his name and praised him here!
The bar and restaurants were all quite wonderful and reasonably priced.
Planning to join the Marriott Bonvoy after this stay.
