I spoke to three people at the hotel on 7/18 and none of them could find that I ever had a reservation. I ended up staying on the couch at a family member’s apartment for the night. I have stayed at Courtyard by Marriott before (Rancho Cucamonga) and so I was disappointed by this one, but it was still pretty good.
