The Marriott did not have my booking contrary to your representation that I had a reservation there. I spoke to three people at the hotel on 7/18 and none of them could find that I ever had a reservation. I ended up staying on the couch at a family member’s apartment for the night. I contest any charge and will file a complaint with the state attorney general if you bill me.

The facility has everything you need - food, hot water to make Maruchan, a kids’ play area… This was a fairly good hotel. I have stayed at Courtyard by Marriott before (Rancho Cucamonga) and so I was disappointed by this one, but it was still pretty good. Our room was nice and the bed was comfy.

Ming was EXTREMELY helpful and made me feel good about staying there. She also helped me to start my Marriott account. Will definitely be using the hotel again for all my trips.

The location was perfect, close to everywhere, almost equal distance to all the attractions. Fashion Valley was very close to the hotel where you can eat and do shopping. Marriott is my favourite hotel chain, you never regret choosing..
