The staff was the highlight of my stay. I arrived late to the hotel (1:30AM) and Ms. Toni made sure I was welcomed and comfortable. She was such a delight and full of energy. I was glad to be greeted by her upon arrival and when I departed at 4:30AM. I would book again with this hotel just because of her hospitality.

Large and carefully organised rooms, nothing was missing from our needs. Inside the hotel there was a Starbucks where you can have breakfast. Friendly and kind staff we added an extra night without problems.

This hotel is great. Our room was renovated and clean. The bed was really comfortable. The location was great for our goal, we wanted to be close to Now Arena. For that purpose it was great. However, if you want to go to downtown, it’s really far away.
