All The staff were friendly and super helpful all the time.:The little juice corners were a very good extra. Also fish feedings and different shows around the day. The entire place is super fun for kids and adults also. Childrens pool is warm and big, also the lifeguard were actually watching people and surroundings. Check in and out were both very fast. Our stay was literally perfect from the very first second we arrived til the end. The place is beautiful and great and the staff made it perfect.

My wife and I arrived at the hotel 8 hours earlier than our check-in time, and although all the rooms were full, Magamed at the reception went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He kindly offered to store our luggage and allowed us to freshen up by using the gym, pool, and spa facilities. He even kept our belongings safe while we explored Dubai, and once our room was ready at 3pm, we were able to relax without any hassle. We truly appreciated his helpfulness, professionalism, and warm hospitality, which made our early arrival stress-free. Thank you, Magamed, for making our stay start off so smoothly! During our stay, the restaurant staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional experience. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, made even better by the incredible service provided by Shoaib and Raj. Both of them went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. Shoaib's attention to detail and Raj's warm and friendly demeanor truly made us feel special. Their dedication and professionalism turned a great breakfast into a memorable experience.

Breakfast buffet was delicious, with lots of choices.
