The choice of experience available for guests are what you expect however had some unique "estate walk' with a resident ecologist is really makes the experience memorable. While all the staff we encountered were friendly, courteous and helpful, we would like to single out few of them: Lakrani was very courteous, efficient and friendly. She would be easily hired for customer facing work anywhere in the world. Infectious enthusiasm was impressive. Lithin was very knowledgable, friendly and willing to share his knowledge about the property, eco system and his passion readily. Ranjit Kumar Pradhan was extremely friendly, obliging and creative in preparing food of exceptional quality and taste. Wish we stayed more nights to taste his delicacy.

Hemu, Padmakhi and Armaan (apologies if I've got names incorrect) thanks for making our stay memorable. Even people at the front desk were helpful at all times.

Situated within a convenient 5-minute drive from Kochi International Airport, Courtyard by Marriott is a modern premier 5-star hotel that features 2 dining options, an outdoor swimming pool, serene spa and a 24-hour fitness centre. Free parking is provided on site. It provides 2-way complimentary airport transfer. Staff was very Pleasant especially the guy managing the Gym and the pool was very helpful and safety conscious. The staff managing the morning breakfast was really very caring and took good care of us occasionally playing with my 2 years old kid.

Housekeeping was very prompt , excellent service provided by the team. Front desk staff were very courteous. Overall, the stay was very pleasant and looking forward to stay in the hotel during our next visit as well.

I travelled to Chennai with my family. We stayed for 5 days. And the service at this hotel is amazing. Exceptional customer service, with a commitment to making our stay comfortable, the staff are so nice and helpful. The rooms were well-maintained, beds were exceptionally comfortable. The rooms were well-furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The highlight was the morning breakfast with the traditional South Indian dishes, personally made best dosas varieties and filter coffee was another treat. We enjoyed the food. This hotel has a pool of vehicles to make our travel comfortable at any time.  We arranged a vehicle to travel to Kanchipuram, the driver was an experienced person, who made our shopping easy.
