The Westin Yokohama features a fitness centre, garden, a shared lounge and restaurant in Yokohama. This 5-star hotel offers a bar. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. There's absolutely nothing to dislike about The Westin Yokohama. The staff are phenomenal. The included breakfast is delectable, and the dinner at any of the restaurants is artful and savory. My room is spacious with everything I would need and has an amazing view of the city and port. Aya Enomoto, who performed my deep tissue massage and facial, is a master of her craft. I have had many massages and facials before, but the one I received from her was amazing! This place was home away from home for a few days, and above all, it really did feel "heavenly." Thank you so much for providing exceptional quality and care to make my first time in Japan more memorable. Wonderful people work here. ❤️

Private onsen, thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was comfortable. Music through the hallways and the architecture contributed to feeling like an escape. They catered to vegetarian for breakfast.

Very modern hotel, close to Don Quijote, and Kawasaki Station. Very few hotels offer reclining beds and this one offers a nice private bath and shower. Staff is great, my Japanese is not the best but they did try to make effort to understand my requests and speak English.

Amazing hotel. Great location and views over the lake. Food was incredible and the massage, private Onsen, welcome drinks, complimentary kimonos and the hot bath on the balcony contributed to a fabulous stay.

The proximity to Shin-Yokohama station was a good option. Being a BW Hotels Reward member, I got a better room for the same price. With a JR pass, I was able to take the Shinkansen to Tokyo station (15 minutes). The staff was very helpful in all enquiries.

Enoca is one of the few hotels where I saw the interest in the comfort of the client: renovated, clean, equipped with a microwave in the room, kettle, fridge, comfortable beds, enormous Tv, delicious breakfast, free drinks in the mornings, free parking.. Very friendly and helpful staff. The children liked it so much that they wanted us to come back. Usually, we don’t use to stay twice in the same hotel. We highly recommend Enoca hotel!❤️
