Stunning view from the window on 55 floor worth all the hours of light to Japan. Very good location, convenient if you are travelling around Osaka. Great food on the breakfast and nice bar to sit and relax in the evening, not mentioning lounge where you can try good food or desert with a stunning view. All personnel is very welcoming and ready to sort any of your problems. Thank you so much for all your efforts, I had a great time and will definitely come back again.

Additionally, the bell service team, especially the three gentlemen from Nepal, were nothing short of outstanding. They exemplify what it means to deliver world-class hospitality. Their kindness, efficiency, and readiness to assist made us feel genuinely cared for. In fact, their impeccable service often compensated for areas where the front office fell short. Several fellow guests we spoke to while waiting for the shuttle bus also shared similar high praise for these individuals. With free WiFi, this 5-star hotel offers room service and a 24-hour front desk. The property is non-smoking and is located less than 1 km from Namba Shrine. I loved this hotel. The room is comfortable, a great size, and the shower/water pressure is so good! This location has a public bath within it which was super convenient, clean and a great way to try out the 'onsen' like experience. Very happy with the staff service and experience here.
