Great value for money, good motel option closer to national park (good for star gazing) but still close to town, great warm showers after cold winter’s hikes!, kitchenette facilities, rooms can sleep 7!

Located just as you enter town coming from Melbourne a big relief after being on the road for hours, bed was comfortable with a TV to watch, kettle( with coffee and tea provided) microwave and fridge ,the girls at the front desk were lovely and friendly early checkout is no problem as you drop your keys in a box on the way out so you can get straight back on the road I would suggest closing your bathroom window thou as you can hear the road noise I assume all the motel's would be the same due to the location

I somehow got a very large room for a lone traveller, so it was super spacious. It's an older style motel with all the usual facilities, which has its benefits - it was quiet and I couldn't hear my neighbours. It's also right across the road from a Chinese restaurant that is open later than usual, and right on the road so easy to get out of town (although most of the motels are on the same road).
