Easy access, centrally located, well kept, great rates. The staff was exceptionally professional, courteous, and helpful. The owner, Brea, tries to assure that every guest feels welcome and leaves a happy customer. A special feature is the family rooms which provide more space for a family without splitting them up. The service was out of this world. Our hostess went out of her way to make sure that we were comfortable. Sal and Al did an amazing job by making sure we had a great time. The rooms were amazing for the price. If I could give 6 out of 5 stars, I would!

The rooms were cleaner than some five star hotels I have stayed at. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to IGA and petrol station. The pool was perfect for a hot day. Will definitely stay again when in Mackay.
