The shower didn't put water on the bathroom floor and could easily be adjusted to the right temperature. Nice and quiet at night and the air con kept the room warm at night. Our room was quiet. When we couldn't get hot water in the sink, staff were immediately available solved the issue on the spot (it's a new hot water system...) Room location was to the rear and was very quiet. Added bonus of biscuits in the room. Otherwise address heavier curtains. I couldn't sleep for all the lights on outside. The mattress needs replacing. Other than that all other room facilities were fine. Hot showers, great towels, tea and coffee, and a good heating system.
