After a long day at Grafton jacaranda festival with the pipe band, the hot tub was a lovely relaxing way to end the day, rooms were quiet, some nice breakfast crockery and cutlery. Rooms were spacious, clean.

Sue provided great suggestions regarding great places to eat in town. the apartment itself was spotlessly clean and bed was really comfortable. the apartment was quiet and the checking in process was easy to follow. all in all we would definitely book again and would recommend others to stay.

Location was great and we had a great view of the river. We had breakfast in Town although you could have your own meals in house. Would stay here again. Loved it.

It was very clean and close to the beach and ocean pool. Ellie is so friendly and welcoming, she gave me tour of the whole place, that was lovely. The rooms are beautiful and you can wash your laundry for free.

Would definitely recommend The Carmel. Very friendly hosts, exceptionally clean, good facilities and near to river and town centre.
