Great and beautiful place to stay when coming, e.g. although as we from a Great Ocean Road Tour. The minor extra miles aside B100 road are more than worth to drive. Extreme beautiful small hotel with great staffed rooms and large rose garden. Next to the small main pedestrian street but still a silent place to stay over night. The cleaningness is benchmark ! Christine gave us a very warm welcome and free upgrade to a larger room, helpful tips for the afternoon and area. We will definitely come back !

Reasonably priced - beds were comfy, room clean and had all we needed. Attached restaurant/bar excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Central location in town, nice two bed apartment well equipped and furnished. Exceptionally clean, nice soft towels and very comfy beds with nice crisp sheets - excellent nights sleep.

Set amongst beautiful gardens, Central Motel Port Fairy offers free WiFi and comfortable rooms with a 26-inch LCD TV and a refrigerator. There is a BBQ area located in the gardens.

This place was in a great location, was clean and tidy with fresh milk in the fridge for our arrival.

Lovely motel. We stopped there for two nights so we could explore the western part of the Great Ocean Road. Extremely cosy and confortable, fully equipped, perfectly clean . Thanks.

The place is really nice and clean. The bed is very comfortable and the room has a big bathroom with bath tub and shower together :)

Elm Tree is a no-frills accommodation, well suited for our one night stay. That said, everything from service to cleanliness of the room and bathroom to the comfort of the beds (the heated mattress pads were very much welcomed!). Felt bad that I didn't get the name of the lady who assisted with our check-in. We are grateful for her recommendation to book a car ferry from Geelong to get to Philip Island. We had originally planned to drive through Melbourne City. The car ferry saved us much time. Thank you! 😊 Location-wise, Elm Tree also has eating places nearby, including KFC drive-thru right next door. Hands-down will stay here again if we travel to Warnambool!
