Great central location close to shops and supermarkets. Very clean and well thought out amenties. I stayed 1 night while resupplying in Tumut on my Hume and Hovell Track thru hike this year. Friendly and helpful host.

Staff gave clear instructions and communicated via phone and email of how to enter property, key lock location, password as well for when leaving premises. Easy in and out. Loved the room, beds, lots of blankets during the cold winter in Tumut, and heated floors in the bathroom!!! (loved it). Clean and well presented. Pretty much in the centre of Tumut, with a walks distance from supermarkets and fast food outlets.

The property is a little dated, but very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is quiet and central to town, with everything you need within easy walking distance.
