    This is a modest but very comfortable motel, with a fabulous view of snow capped mountains no matters where your room may be. Cordial front desk but not very engaging. Breakfast was a bit limited but good. Located off of a quiet access road that has several fast food restaurants near by. Only a 5 minute drive to downtown Golden for more upscale shopping and food. Parking in front of room and wifi was reliable. Easy access to highway into Banff or Lake Louise. Would stay here again,

    The main reason we liked this motel was that there was a room available for a pet. Also behind the motel, there is a big area to walk and play with the dog.

    This is a very retro motel, the owners have made it cozy and comfortable. The mould in the bathroom was an issue for me, I didn’t feel comfortable using the shower.

    Because of some of the bad reviews we were feeling a little nervous about staying at the motel but it was absolutely fine! We enjoyed our stay.
