Very efficient, clean and comfortable motel with everything you need. We cooked dinner every night of our stay and had all the utilities needed. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the location superb. The management was also always available to help and gave us great information for the continued route to Queenstown. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Nice motel in good location. we stayed in the building located in the third row from the road. it was very quiet and our patio looked out directly into the rainforest. also we were upgraded and our room had a gas fireplace. we didn't feel like we were in a motel, more like in the hotel, it was very nice and quiet. also I want to mention the super nice receptionist, she was very welcoming. The motel felt much better than on photos and than we were expected, we really loved our stay.

Backing onto peaceful greenery, 10 Cottages offers self-contained cottages with a balcony, just 2 minutes' walk from the center of Franz Josef Glacier and a 3-minute walk from the Glacier Hot Pools.

It is a beautiful property comfortable and great for family or friends- 2 separate rooms- host super friendly and asked to check in 1 hr early and they warmed up the villa for us in time for check in- views also amazing

Our two bedroom apartment was very clean and comfortable. The motel is a 5 minute walk from the bus stop and has fantastic views from the outdoor patios. The host is wonderful and very helpful. He offered to drive us to the glacier viewing platform which was 10 kilometres away as we didn’t have a car. So kind!
