The room with the king bed that we got was great as it was spacious, very clean, and all the furniture seemed brand new, even though that part of the motel has been open for about 4 years. Suzy, at the receptionist desk, was phenomenal as she was super friendly and helpful. She made us feel right at home and made our stay very comfortable. Stayed on second floor which had a view of trees. Location was superb and price reasonable given its location in Bar Harbor in summer. This makes it an easy walk to town through beautiful scenery, so no need to find parking in this ama ing coastal setting. The room was redone to a cool modern vibe Clean and comfortable!!! They had modern conveniences such as a refrigerator, microwave, large screen T.V. and modern one cup coffee maker. The room was very clean and was kept clean by the motels cleaning stay that clean the room everyday.
