It has a lovely pacific island ‘vibe’. We stayed in room 3 which has a lovely porch/couch area. Close to the lovely clean pool. Close to eating places across the road and quick walking distance to a 7 Eleven. A coffee maker in the room and also fresh drip coffee and tea 7.30 each morning in reception. Ample parking. Ice machine/snack on property. When we couldn’t get the tv to work someone came over straight away and reset it for us. Don’t know why there have been bad reviews but maybe could be a different experience in other rooms . Staff were friendly and helpful

The staff was very friendly, check-in was easy and we were offered a bigger room for free. The room was nice and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quite (however we did have a room that wasn’t right by the street). Parking at the Inn is limited, but there are good options that work just as well.

Super easy for Mission and also possible to go to downtown. Rooms are clean, spacious and updated. Pool wasn’t used bi we got complimented towels to use. Personell at check-in and checking out was friendly, helpful and helpful he cost is probably the best you can get in town for central location.

Overall cleanliness, friendly staff and great location

This motel is located on Santa Barbara's waterfront, only one block from Stearns Wharf. The inn offers a danish and coffee each morning and views of the ocean and surrounding mountains.

Rooms are good specially the location. The hotel is just opposite the sea promenade. Its a old style decorated hotel with antiques and lights. Location excellent.

Carpinteria State Beach is less than 10 minutes’ drive from this motel. The non-smoking rooms feature cable TV with HBO. Free Wi-Fi is available in every room at Sandyland Reef Inn.
