Decor spot on, every little thing was well thought out, from the cutlery, crockery, toiletries to coordination of the linen. Spotlessly clean and fresh. The only thing I found was the aircon wasn't as cold as I would have liked. It was set at 17deg but it felt a lot warmer, I had the ceiling fan on full but it was still too warm for me. Apart from that I loved loved the room. I will be back and highly recommend it.

All rooms have a balcony with a garden view. A very relaxing place to stay , very beautiful and well kept gardens giving that nice tropical holiday feel . Lovely well looked after pool . Very secure and great for a lone traveller or a family . The staff were welcoming and worked really low key in the background to make my stay enjoyable . Close to a well known club and DFO shopping outlet , also a supermarket for groceries . well shielded from main road noise . Would definitely stay again without a second thought . 👍

Koala Beach Resort Cairns is in the heart of Cairns’ city centre, only 500 metres from the Cairns Esplanade and the Lagoon. It offers an outdoor pool and free internet access in public areas of the resort. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and have a private bathroom. My son enjoyed the stay and the swimming pool

All air-conditioned rooms at Cairns Aspect Central are tastefully appointed and offer a work desk and minibar. Each has an en suite bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Very secure. Comfortable and good value. Sam at the reception was very friendly. I was able to leave my luggage for a couple hours after checkout and Sam called a taxi for me. The Indian restaurant next to the property had very good food.

The motel also features poolside BBQ facilities next to a gazebo, a tennis court, free in-house movies and a book exchange service.

The motel is a short drive from Cairns attractions, the Bayview Heights Golf Course and the Cannon Park Racecourse. There are bus stops within walking distance of the motel. This is a perfect place to stay. Felt very secure with all the safety features. It is 3.5 star rated. If people are expecting 5star this is not for them but we found the complex lovely and the staff were very nice.

Just 2 minutes' walk from the Cairns Esplanade waterfront, Tropical Queenslander offers affordable reef family studios and two-bedroom units with a kitchenette. Central Cairns is less than 2.5 km away. Beds were comfortable and balcony was great in view.
