Beechworth on Bridge Motel features a solar heated in-ground swimming pool and free parking at your doorstep. The property is a 3-hour drive from Melbourne and 30 km from the Hume Freeway exit. Albury Airport is 48 km from Beechworth. We stayed at the place for two nights with our toddler. The room was clean, and the decor was nice. The outdoor area is also very pleasant; every room has its own backyard table, where we enjoyed takeaway lunch on a sunny day. Very quiet and peaceful place.

Each room has a private verandah with access to the peaceful gardens. Arrived here just expecting a basic motel and place to stay while driving the ocean road, but was pleasantly surprised! Felt almost more like a cute boutique hotel. Room was really spacious and had a nice little garden balcony. Great facilities in the room for making tea/coffee and snacks, and the staff were so nice and gave loads of helpful tips. Lovely location near the town and beach - great for a morning swim.
