It's a motel, so it offers no breakfasts, but there is a grocery store and some eateries close by; the university and museums downtown are within 45 minutes of brisk walk. All in all, the place offers as much or more as an average hotel for a lesser prize -- I definitely recommend it.

Room was wide, clean, bed was comfortable. Well maintained bathroom with good hot water supply. Only mention would be the noise from the ac unit which is manageable. Definitely worth the price. Owner was friendly, allowed late check-in and was available round the clock. Safe place to stay, free parking, few restaurants nearby. Heard there are rooms specially build for elders and disabled people.
