David's Landing features air-conditioned accommodations, free WiFi, and free private parking. David's landing is located across the street from the beach. This is kind of 3 starts hotel. It is more like dormitory, than hotel. However we had room with electrical stove plus balcony plus view from balcony to the ocean, so it was good enough. The air conditioner noise, but located in the second living room that is separated from bedroom (so in bedroom less noise). Overall it is good enough for one week (we spent 7 or 8 nights there) and bonus that we had kitchen (that I think not in all apartments, but for our I saw photo of kitchen stove for particular our room and we got it as of photos). The place is good and can walk in 2 mins to the beach for swimming (and the pool works for swimming too). It is good enough for the money because of location, but other case could be worse than most of 3 or 4 stars hotels. Overall I would say it is 8 out of 10 rating. We liked it and it was good possibility to pay normal price per night (and I’m not sure that more expensive hotels around are better anyway).

We booked last minute on way to Greenville SC, headed home from WV; and chose this Baymont by Wyndham hotel. We were greeted by a friendly front-desk clerk, and she gave us a first floor room as I had requested. the room was very spacious, comfortable; bed was wonderful--very comfy!! The room had a microwave, mini-frig, table and chairs, comfortable sitting chair, nice bathroom and bathroom amenities. No complaints at all! The breakfast the next morning was very good! Plenty of coffee, cereals, milk, bagels, muffins, whole wheat and white toast, boiled eggs, waffles, yogurt and juices. Seating was in breakfast room beside lobby. Very nice!! Also, there's a Carolina Ale House within walking distance. Good food and drink!
