Staff were very nice. Hotel was clean and tidy. Facilities were very good with onsens. Very close to ski facilities.

Nice large Western style room. Beautiful view of the mountains to the East. Several Onsen pools in the men/women facilities which rotate daily. Good variety at breakfast. Large parking lot. Friendly staff. Comfortable and firm beds.

Really nice and traditional ryokan, in one of the most beautiful parks in Hokkaido! Staff was absolutely amazing, helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable! Rooms are big and very spacious, and the onsen is very nice aswell. Also had a nice lounge with free snacks and drinks!
