Dinner and breakfast service in the room was extremely good and big in portion. There's always at least 1 staff member in the hotel who is fluent in English. The public and private onsens were extremely clean and good. There are 2 public onsen separately by gender, and that swap at 4am each day. Hence one night stay is enough to experience both onsen. We booked half board so we got breakfast and dinner. There is 5/6 private onsens available 14:30-midnight, upgrades to having an onsen on balcony which is available 24hr and a male and female public onsen.
