The all-inclusive format is amazing. It felt like an immersive experience into Japanese culture and customs. The dinner was amazing and we truly enjoyed it. The possibility to use a private onsen was special.

The breakfast spread was good and we enjoyed our 4 mornings of good breakfast. It is Japanese style mixed with some western, there are juices, tea, coffee and desserts. The staff serving breakfast was very polite and neat. What we like best is the private room Japanese dinner which we enjoyed for the 3 nights. Very exclusive and different night, different menu. On our last night our dinner was changed from 2nd floor to the 10 floor which allow us to see the night scene of this little town. I highly recommend this for family or honey moon couple. We booked 3 rooms and requested for our rooms to be next to one another and the hotel helped us with this request. The Onsen in this Ryoken was clean and comfortable both indoor and outdoor. Walking from Tendo station to here is about 15 mins. The room is super comfortable, clean, shower and WC separated, well furnished in Japanese style. If I have a chance, will return.

A very well located onsen hotel. We had a large and comfortable room with a nice view of the hotel garden and the mountains. The hotel has many nice touches, ikebana, artworks, garden as well as two baths - one on the rooftop which commands amazing views. The traditional breakfast was ample and tasty, free coffee was provided and the staff were very helpful. Many eating options within short walking distance. We only stayed one night but it was very relaxing and comfortable.

Good transit place (day trip to Ginzan Onsen). Close to JR Station with nearby restaurants and AEON (just in front hotel). The public onsen is nice. Will recommend others.

The hotel was very clean. The onsen was hot and relaxing, and all amenities were provided including toothbrush, towels, shaving kit, etc. The breakfast was also great and had many options. We came and went by car so it was convenient enough for us but I can’t speak to how the public transportation was for this area. I did spot a train station within walking distance of the hotel.
