The indoor and outdoor facilities on top of the hotel were excellent! The midnight snack was a big portion of ramen freshly prepared at the hotel restaurant. The room was quite big and very clean and comfortable. We dropped off the luggage before check in and it was put to our room when we got back from the day trip.

Very friendly staff. Everything clean and comfortable. Awesome breakfast Luggage storage before check in available Got a non cleaning room, but it will be cleaned every 3 days anyway (saving Alot of money) Very nice onsen!!!

The semi-outdoor hotspring bath inside the hotel room was superb. The room was very comfortable, spacious, clean, and quiet, with nice decor. The room overlooked a beautiful garden. The Kaiseki dinner and breakfast were served in the room and were very delicious. The hotel staff provided excellent, warm and personalised service. The hotel was located a distance away from downtown Himeji, near a forested area with beautiful scenery. Free shuttle bus service was available. This hotel was a perfect place to relax and rejuvenate the body, mind and soul. Our experience was wonderful.

    Super friendly and welcoming staff, we were able to communicate even though not all of them spoke English. Authentic atmosphere, very nice territory and quiet nature, perfect time to enjoy silence and peace. Comfortable and punctual shuttle service. Wonderful dinner experience, it was great to have English description for all the dishes we ate. Beautiful onsens, it's a pity people with tattoos aren't allowed into public ones, but at least there is a possibility of visiting private outdoor and indoor onsens.

    Lovely ryokan in the middle of a quiet Japanese forest. We had an amazing dinner and breakfast, and enjoyed soaking in the natural hot springs on the hotel property. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to take a quiet break from the world and just relax for a few days.
